Hi, my name is Benedict and I’m 13 years old.

 

My favourite activities are parkour and climbing, both of which I’ve been doing since 2012.

 

I’ve participated in various national climbing competitions and undergo regular climbing training.

 

I also practice parkour regularly around London and Sheffield (in fact wherever I go).
